- Extended the system with multi-turn conversations, contextual condition updates, and side-by-side itinerary candidates.
- Planned and launched AI-generated tagging and summaries that automatically process hundreds of content items each day.
- Designed asynchronous AI workflows using scheduled supplier syncs, job queues, Batch APIs, and webhook callbacks to reduce cost and remove continuous polling.
